Terms & Consultation Policy

Last updated: Draft — to be reviewed before launch

About this page

These terms are a placeholder prepared with the first version of the website. Review and complete them, with legal advice, before public launch — in particular the cancellation, rescheduling and refund wording.

Nature of the service

Ayurtoday provides scheduled online Ayurveda consultations conducted by a qualified Ayurveda physician. A consultation is a clinical discussion and individualised assessment. It does not replace in-person examination or investigations where these are clinically required.

Not an emergency service

Online consultation is not an emergency medical service. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency medical service immediately.

Booking

Appointments are booked through the Google Calendar appointment schedule linked on this website. Appointment times shown during booking are displayed according to the time-zone setting shown on the Google booking page. Please verify the displayed time zone before confirming.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling options are provided with your booking confirmation email and are subject to Ayurtoday's policy. Ayurtoday will confirm the applicable notice period and any refund arrangement as part of the booking process.

Payment

Payment arrangements are communicated as part of the consultation booking process.

Medical records

Relevant laboratory or investigation reports may be reviewed where clinically appropriate. Detailed medical information should not be submitted through this public website unless a secure method is specifically provided.

Patient responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your health and current treatment.
  • Continue medicines prescribed by your treating doctor unless advised otherwise by that doctor.
  • Join the consultation at the scheduled time using the Google Meet link provided.
  • Seek in-person or emergency care where your condition requires it.
